What is Kick Box Fitness?
Kick Box Fitness is full-body martial arts workout. This workout incorporates calisthenics, stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, and martial arts techniques. If you want to lose weight, sculpt your body, learn to protect yourself, or just plain get into shape, this workout is for you!
Regular, non-kickboxing workouts are also available.
